I highly recommend the people at Savvy Auto for any future car purchases. I had an amazing experience. Bought my brz from them a week and a half ago and they did not disappoint. I came from two states away and the entire time I was talking to the woman (can’t remember her name but would love to praise her for my experience) she kept in touch with me the whole week prior to picking my car up, sending me as many pictures and even FaceTimed me while they were detailing the car. This was my first big purchase so I was extremely nervous especially ab the drive and taking time off work but it was worth it 1000%. I have officially put 1000 miles on the car since I bought it and it’s been problem free and a great vehicle. I will, without a doubt, be coming back to them with any others future car purchases. These guys were straight forward and got u in the car u are intended in and will work with u no matter what. I thank you!

We went to Savvy to look a a used car that we saw online, but it wasn’t the one for us. However, Baltazar offered some other suggestions and we found the perfect car slightly for less than our budget! Once we found it and were ready to buy, the buying process was was quick and easy and we did most of it from home. They were kind, helpful, and made the whole experience positive and easy! This is the best dealership experience I've ever had! It is a local family owned business that treats customers with respect and honesty. When my wife and I first got there we were treated like family and felt zero pressure to buy. Savvy auto employees just wanted to make sure we got the perfect car that fit us and that when we left there we would be 100% satisfied with no regrets. No sales tactics were used on us, just honest people wanting to create a long lasting relationship with their customers and not just make a quick buck. They also had gone through the car with a fine tooth comb and made sure everything was in excellent condition so that when the vehicle left them it would not have any issues for me to deal with later. I know this because they gave me the receipts for the things they repaired. (We showed up an hour after they received the car from their auction supplier, so it hadn't been inspected by Savvy yet or detailed) I came back a few days later to give them time to fix it and they had the car in mint condition. Also during this 4 day process one of the managers stayed in touch with me to let me know how things were going with the car. Another point I want to make is i had offered to place a deposit on the car on day 1 and the manager told me that was not necessary, that if I wanted it a grand shake and their word is good enough to hold it. And that's exactly what happened. That type of old school business is so rare. So please give these guys and gals your first look when you are ready to start car shopping. They deserve the first chance before any other dealer in OH as far as I'm concerned. Also the owner came out to check on me after he noticed I was loading the car on my trailer with his finance manager helping. He just wanted to provide an additional set of eyes to make sure the car would make it home with no problems. Savvy auto deserves an opportunity to help you find the perfect car for you. Blown away from start to finish with the communication and outstanding service from everyone in the office. We were driving from out of state to look at and purchase a vehicle, so the regular communication from the sales staff with photos and information gave us tremendous peace of mind that we knew exactly what we were getting. There was no nonsense, and everyone was honest about the condition of the used vehicle. They went above and beyond in providing the best service possible so we were happy with the purchase. In fact, the vehicle needed two additional rear tires, so they loaned us a car to use until our van was ready. They also helped us get a spare key made. They would have rather not made the sale than have us unhappy, and they followed up with us after the purchase to make sure we were still pleased. Plus, they were fun, friendly and sincere people, who care about their business. This is old fashioned business at its best. Highly recommend them. They will be our first stop for our next car purchase, and well worth the drive, even from out of state.

Had an awesome experience. I had been looking for this model for a long time, and found one at savvy auto sales. I live in St. Louis, Missouri and I drove 6 1/2 hours due to them having this vehicle with the options I wanted at a good price. They do not haggle here, they sell the car for what they list it at. I actually appreciate this as they simply price the car to sell, and take it from there. Made it a lot simpler. Now for the process, I had extensive questions about the vehicle and Jennifer was happy to text back and forth, delve into the settings in the car to find the answers I needed. Twice I actually sent a YouTube tutorial and she was happy to assist! I also had the deal pre planned before I got there, and we had the same exact numbers work out upon my arrival. This incouded them giving me a good value for my trade in, at $700 over what others could offer. Another issue, I didn't have my wife with me because she worked that day. They solved it, sending me home with a pre paid overnight envelope for after she signs her portion. I brought a title without a lien release, and they were able to work around that too, giving me the option to get it the next business day and use the overnight envelope. I list out all these issues I had and precautions I was worried about because they handled them all in stride. Everything simply worked out in the end, and it was transparent as possible. They only use one bank they partner with, use cash or use their bank. Not a bad thing, but if their apr is higher than what you can get elsewhere, too bad. For this reason I'll simply need to refinance when rates drop. For upsells, it's pretty standard. Please buy a warranty and please buy gap insurance, not too pushy about it compared to most car lots. Overall, they couldn't be better. I drove a 14 hour round trip in one day and it was worth it. I don't know what better praise I can give.
